1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006. No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the limited liability company “Scientific and Production Enterprise “Enzyme Technologies” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about visitors to the sodferment.ru website. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third party sites that the User can access via links available on the Site sodferment.ru.
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
3.1. Personal information that the User provides about himself independently when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Site and its services, including the User’s personal data. Information required for the provision of Services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his discretion.
3.2. When the Operator receives an application from a personal data subject with a request to stop processing personal data, the Operator stops processing personal data ahead of schedule, namely within a period not exceeding ten working days from the date of receipt of the corresponding request. This period may be extended, but not more than by five working days, if the operator sends a motivated notification to the personal data subject indicating the reasons for extending the period for providing the requested information. The destruction of personal data contained in personal data information systems is carried out by erasing personal data from the information system, excluding the possibility of restoration and use for other purposes.
4.2.2. Identification of the User registered on the Site for the formation and execution of personalized offers and agreements.

The specified personal data is processed in a mixed way. The period for processing and storing personal data collected in accordance with this paragraph is no more than 3 years from the date of the User’s last visit to the Site. When the Operator receives an application from a personal data subject with a request to stop processing personal data, the Operator stops processing personal data ahead of schedule, namely within a period not exceeding ten working days from the date of receipt of the corresponding request. This period may be extended, but not more than by five working days, if the operator sends a motivated notification to the personal data subject indicating the reasons for extending the period for providing the requested information. Anonymized data of Users collected using Internet statistics services (namely using the programs Yandex.Metrika (provided by Yandex LLC), LiveInternet (provided by Laboratory of Search and Statistical Solutions LLC), are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
To achieve this goal, the Operator collects and processes the following categories of anonymized data: IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program through which services are accessed), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to services, addresses of requested pages, referrer (address of the previous page). The period for processing and storing anonymized data collected in accordance with this paragraph is no more than 3 years from the date of the User’s last visit to the Site. When the Operator receives an application from a personal data subject with a request to stop processing personal data, the Operator stops processing personal data ahead of schedule, namely within a period not exceeding ten working days from the date of receipt of the corresponding request. This period may be extended, but not more than by five working days, if the operator sends a motivated notification to the personal data subject indicating the reasons for extending the period for providing the requested information. 5. Legal grounds for processing personal data
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if it is filled out and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website sodferment.ru. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending his personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving cookies and using JavaScript technology are enabled).
5.3. The legal grounds for the processing of personal data by the Operator are: the Constitution of the Russian Federation (Articles 23, 24), Federal Law of July 27, 2006. No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, Order of Roskomnadzor dated 09/05/2013 No. 996, this Policy regarding the processing of personal data, Consent to the transfer and processing of personal data provided by the user when filling out the application form.
6. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing of personal data
6.1. Personal information of Users is stored on the territory of the Russian Federation in compliance with all requirements established by current Russian legislation.

With regard to the User's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons (for example, publishing reviews). In such cases, the User agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.
6.3. The site has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

The period for processing and storing personal data collected by the Operator on the site is no more than 7 years from the date of receipt of the last application or other request from the User. When the Operator receives an application from a personal data subject with a request to stop processing personal data, the Operator stops processing personal data within a period not exceeding ten working days from the date of receipt of the corresponding request, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs 2 - 11 of part 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data”. This period may be extended, but not more than by five working days, if the operator sends a motivated notification to the personal data subject indicating the reasons for extending the period for providing the requested information.
6.5. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
6.6. The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
6.7. The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
7. Responsibility
7.1. The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public property until lost or disclosed.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. Final provisions:
8.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
